Plastering
Our plastering team provides professional preparation and finishing for both renovation projects and individual rooms.
Services include plaster repairs, wall and ceiling preparation, skimming and finishing — creating the clean surface required for the final stages of a project.

Electrical
Electrical work can be provided as part of our wider renovation projects or as an individual service.
Our electrical department covers domestic installations, alterations, lighting, sockets, upgrades and the electrical requirements associated with bathrooms and property renovations.
Electrical work is carried out by appropriately qualified personnel and completed to the required standards.

Fire sprinkler systems
Gravitas Projects provides specialist fire sprinkler system services alongside our wider property work.
Systems can be installed as part of new projects, renovations and suitable residential developments, with the required work undertaken and signed off by appropriately qualified personnel.
This specialist capability allows us to incorporate fire suppression requirements directly into a wider project where required.
